“As a lender, working with Nikki was wonderful. She knew the market and her knowledge of real estate is excellent. The clients were moving back to IL which can be challenging but Nikki made it smooth and easy for them. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to clients, friends, and family.”
“I’ve worked with Wendi multiple times as an agent, and her attention to detail and market knowledge is unmatched. I also never hesitate to refer a potential client to her if it is out of my area. You can absolutely trust her with your biggest investment.”
“When my mom went into assisted living I needed to sell her mobile home fast. Thankfully, my brother and I found Wendi. She was fantastic! She made the process easy. She organized the cleanup of the grounds, juggled multiple issues that had come up, and had everything ready for closing. From the time we first spoke to Wendi until closing it was not even 2 months. She has shown herself to be a knowlegable and experienced agent”
