We were fortunate enough to have Linda list our house for sale last year and I could not recommend her enough. She took the time to get to know our family, our home, and our priorities within a tight timeline. Linda was always available and made our sale a priority which we so appreciated. I so highly recommend Linda Hoss as your realtor. She sold my elderly parents' home and made the whole experience so easy and painless for them. They were selling a home that they have lived in for 26 years, that my father had built, as it was becoming too much for them to handle. Linda was patient and understanding of their concerns with the moving process and could not have been more caring and helpful. They got more than their asking price, the closing could not have good any more smoothly and Linda was on top of every detail.
