“Went in on 11/14/24 for a surgical procedure with an overnight stay to be watched. I see all the bad reviews but most appear to be for the ER which is probably not equipped to handle the large population in Aurora overflowing their doors. Every single staff member I encountered was great. From Rachelle, I believe her name was, in outpatient reception to all the nurses, aides, doctors and hospitalities. Additionally, loved the morning and evening prayer over the loudspeaker and jingle when a baby is born. I would absolutely go to Mercy Ascension if I had the option to be in a hospital again.“
