I have been visiting spinal rehab and wellness center for more than three years now. My aches and pains (that developed due to busy life style and aging) reduced tremendously and I see a great improvement with my posture, strength and ability. The combination of physical therapy, chiropractic techniques and massage therapy is helping me continue activities like walking 10,000 steps a day without popping in pain medications. I love Dr. Mira and her staff! Very passionate towards their profession!
Dr Mira was wonderful. My first visit there was very informative and helpful. I had broken my L-1 femure and also had problems with my left arm where I couldn't raise it very high and Dr Mira gave me exercises to do to help strengthen both the back and arm. She was very thorough in her assessment and what I had to do. No pressure on if you want to return or not. Wish I had this facility in Florida. Definitely a 5 star rating
