I had been dealing with a back injury for over a year and this was my third different physical therapy facility, but I really wish I had been referred to them first. I worked primarily with Bobby and Janet but the entire staff was friendly, engaging and professional. They were able to isolate the problem immediately and I felt major progress being made by only my second visit. Fast forward a few weeks later, not only is the pain doing better but my posture has improved as well.“

“I found Ultimate Chiro Care 3 years ago and there is no better chiropractic treatment. I see them for low back issues, neck, pt, and also had PRP for epicondylitis. They offer innovative very thorough treatment. Highly recommend. I have a physical job and they always get me functional fast if I have an issue from work.“

Dr. DePaolo walked us through his pain points and the things we could do to lessen the stress on his back and prevent this in the future. We came back for a check up and everything looked good. “I flew in from out of town to receive a PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy) treatment on my achilles a few weeks ago and this was my first time visiting Ultimate Medical Group. The staff was so caring and kind and it was not like your typical medical office. They made me feel so comfortable and made me laugh!
