“I have a fear about going to the dentist, so I was apprehensive about finding a new dentist. But as soon as you walk in you can sense the vibe at Village Green is on a different level! The office is so clean, the staff are kind and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to ensure you’re really comfortable. I had the pleasure to work with Theresa, she is probably the nicest Dental Hygienist I’ve ever met. She made sure I was comfortable and focused on me the entire visit. Dr. Lakha came in and explained the plan for my care and was very kind. They were honest about the care I’d require, I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of. And the pricing was surprisingly on par with other quotes I had received. Fast forward, 1+ year later, I’ve had some dental work done and still need some more work to complete. I live in the South Loop in Chicago, and still will ALWAYS make the commute to see Dr. Lakha & Theresa! I’ve also worked with Caitlyn, who was also very nice. 10/10“

“We had a great experience at Prairie View orthodontics with Dr Lippincott! All the staff that works here are so kind! My daughter got her braces off today and her smile looks beautiful! It also took a shorter time than we thought. My younger daughter has gotten help with her underbite here and we wouldn’t go anywhere else when it’s time for her braces!“

“My issue was partially resolved because the price to fix it was extremely high and unexpected. They accommodated me my putting in a partial fix but it’s still uncomfortable. Thanks for trying to meet my needs.“

“Dr. Satish Gottumukkula and staff made accommodations for me ASAP when going through a dental crisis. I was able to see someone his network immediately to relieve my tooth pain. One week later, I was able to have a crown replaced! I was blown away by the rapid 3D porcelain printed crown!
Dr. Satish and Staff are competent and openly informative about all procedures. I was very impressed with their professionalism and have decided to proceed with Valley Dental Care as our primary family dentist.
In addition, Dr is very kind-spirited and uplifting with my little guys. I know the dentist can be a tough thing for all ages, but I am happy that my kids had positive experiences thus far.
Unfortunately, the one complaint I have is the lack of payment plan options for high cost dental procedures. This is something that is extremely important and hope could change in the future.“

“It was my sons first time going to the dentist he is 5 1/2 years old. And I was nervous at first we were thinking to going to a holistic dentist. We decided to go to this dentist office because of the good reviews and gave them a chance with caution. My son loved his experience and we couldn't have been happier. They also take Medicaid and all kids insurance which is a plus. Will be coming back for routine checkups, as he had no cavities!“
