The office is so clean, the staff are kind and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to ensure you’re really comfortable. I had the pleasure to work with Theresa, she is probably the nicest Dental Hygienist I’ve ever met. She made sure I was comfortable and focused on me the entire visit. Dr. Lakha came in and explained the plan for my care and was very kind. They were honest about the care I’d require, I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of. And the pricing was surprisingly on par with other quotes I had received. Fast forward, 1+ year later, I’ve had some dental work done and still need some more work to complete. I live in the South Loop in Chicago, and still will ALWAYS make the commute to see Dr. Lakha & Theresa! I’ve also worked with Caitlyn, who was also very nice. 10/10“

“We had a great experience at Prairie View orthodontics with Dr Lippincott! All the staff that works here are so kind! My daughter got her braces off today and her smile looks beautiful! It also took a shorter time than we thought. My younger daughter has gotten help with her underbite here and we wouldn’t go anywhere else when it’s time for her braces!“

“Found here cause my oldest needed work done but also took my middle(3 years old) and the first appointment he actually let them look and clean his teeth while the previous dentist he wouldn't let them do anything. We also went back 6 months later and he actually had a slight cavity but they took care of it and he had no problems. They make the kids feel comfortable which is the best!“
