Everyone was very pleasant and informative. I've been twice in the past week and there was never a long wait. I love how they took the necessary precautions of my current health conditons and medications I take, before servicing me.

This place took my son in for an emergency toothache they got him within that same hr. Everyone was very helpful and did great with my 5 yr old. Definitely kid friendly. Highly recommend especially if you need to get into somewhere asap for an emergency! I officially changed my dentist to this place.

The doctor and hygienist didn't shame me for ways I may not have taken care of myself in the past. Dr was attentive and never expected me to sit through discomfort. She made my comfort a top priority by accommodating my arthritis and using small instruments and low water pressure. She also made my health a top priority by discussing possible interactions with anesthesia. She let me know the options and left me in the driver's seat. She was pleasant and respectful. She also got some stains off of my teeth that I had not believed could be cleaned off!I am so happy that I met Downer Place Dental!
