Total impact has been excellent. My son was interested in karate- and we could have not found a better place. Brian is fantastic with the kids, friendly and communicates well. I would highly recommend total impact!

(5/24/26 Update) - Dropped 56 lbs since joining fitness kickboxing classes at Total Impact this past February and I'm not on weight-loss drugs. Best decision I've ever made for my health. It's not just a killer workout, it's very very fun and the community is the best. Continual improvements to my strength, coordination, stamina, focus have also made eating healthy a lot easier.

I now have some real and attainable goals to improve at kickboxing which is so much more effective than just basic goals of dropping weight or increasing my bench press. I've even adapted my home workouts to better support what I am learning in class.

Had my boys start at Total Impact about a month ago. They were hesitant at first but have been excited to come every time since. They leave every class happy and energized. The instructors do a great job of making them feel confident in their abilities and explaining thoroughly the reasons for certain movements as well as break down complex moves into manageable steps that even my 8 year old can follow. Definitely recommend checking out their free class!
