I cannot say enough amazing things about this dojo. Sensei Veronica is AMAZING with kids! They have a variety of classes from young kids to adults. She is flexible with scheduling and has a ton of fun add on clinics, classes, celebrations to keep it interesting! I am forever grateful that such a gem is right in my neighborhood!

Gosh we just love this place so much. My spirited 6 year old has progressed so much in such a short period and it’s had a positive impact of our lives in so many ways. We’re incredibly thankful for Midwest Shotokan Karate Fitness!!

Updated review! It's been 9 years and the instructors are still fantastic! The facilities are great. Great for kids and adults of all ages in the northwest suburbs. Whether you live in Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, Palatine, Des Plaines, Prospect Heights, Wheeling or even Chicago this is where you should consider immersing yourself in traditional Shotokan style Karate.
