Friendly, professional and timely. They've repaired zippers on two pair of slacks, as well as cleaning/maintaining my work sport coat which gets a lot of wear. My items came back looking like new. Very happy they are my neighborhood cleaners. Thank you, Norgetown Cleaners!
Friendly staff and reasonable prices. We’ve taken many items here from slacks, shirts, and down comforters and have had no issues. Pricier items must be prepaid (e.g. the comforter).
They also have basic alterations which are half the price of adjacent Sylvia’s, so I come here to hem all my pants because I’m petite. Highly recommend coming here for simple alterations!
Outstanding customer service and an overall positive dry cleaning experience. Everyone was very welcoming from drop off to pickup and I will definitely come back again without question. Thank you so much! A++
