“From Start to finish this project was amazing!! Andre showed up at our home promptly after a call about the project. Within hours I received a complete design with deck and patio by email from him. Over the next day or so we requested design edits and received them immediately. We approved the final design with 4 days of the original visit, the project was started within 6 days. Let me add that we requested the project be complete by 4 July. Now two days into the project the project manager Marcus whom is great, kept us informed every step of the way. This is my wife’s and I first major project and I had a lot of questions because I was deployed overseas at the time. We used FaceTime and Andre answered all questions via face time facilitated by my wife. We wanted a fire pit but we were unsure of the location. Andre suggested to offset the fire pit so it would not take up all the patio space and Marcus found the perfect location. We wanted to add a sitting wall near the fire pit and they worked it out immediately, sent a new design and quote same day that we accepted on the spot. Marcus also suggested lighting which is a great touch. At the end of the day a horrible looking space has now been beautified by Shelton Landscaping in a weeks time 7 days prior to the 4th of July. Our celebration on that day will be extraordinary to all that experience the day at our home. Our neighbors already can’t keep their eyes off it. It’s a neighborhood talking piece. “The Royal Oak crew did a great job turning our muddy construction site into a beautiful landscaped backyard. Mike walked us through what we needed to do to grade, sod, paver, and maintain the area. He was also upfront with us about the start and end time as those fluctuated a bit due to rain and demands. I always appreciate updates even if it's a delay update.The crew was friendly, clean, and patient (we had some rain). Royal Oak also redirected and set our new walkway with a step from the garage to the house. A new patio off our deck was installed with rock pebbles around it as we didn't sod everything.Months after the project, Mike has been helping me understand the watering and fertilizing schedule for the sod. Royal Oak always replied to my questions via email or phone call.We also have been using Royal Oak for about 3 years now for weekly mowing and seasonal clean ups. I can't thank the crew enough for respecting our outdoor space and being neat. (They always wave and smile at my curious kiddos who are banging on the windows, watching from inside)I would recommend Royal Oak for your big projects as well as weekly lawn care.“

“Mariana and her team are hardworking, have attention to detail, and do an amazing job. I've used them for Spring and Fall clean up/yard maintenance, but I just hired them to put down weed blocker fabric in my back garden on the paths where the weeds were growing more like a jungle. They cleared the area, weeded, lifted the stepping stones, gathered all the small stones and placed around one of the trees and then put mulch down. Definitely a hard job. It was an amazing improvement! She is now helping me decide on and will plant perennial bushes in the front, and splitting and moving other perennials. Mariana treats gardens like they're her own. “Brian and his father did a great job on our home landscaping. Our landscape was 24 years old and had old bushes and two large crab trees that needed to be removed and replaced. My wife worked out the contract with Brian and agreed to the price. His crew removed everything including the landscape rock in one day and added black dirt, replanted all bushes, flowers and trees along with new landscape rock on the second day. In the process of removal and replacement they dismantled our landscape walls, rebuilt them and power washed them.Services: Landscape installations“

In the last 2 years that we have lived here everything is always taken care of. I’m not sure how confusing the billing might be (based on previous previous reviews) but every Monday (if it’s not a holiday) the yard work is done. No damage is done to the fencing and no mess is left behind.“
