“Amy and her staff are all top notch in their field. I have done PT at the Algonquin facility primarily with Amy for over 10 years. Her care, patience, ability to explain the whys of doing an exercise correctly to achieve maximum results are what I enjoy most about her. The other staff members all exhibit the same qualities which is why I prefer going to 1st Choice all the time. The staff is friendly and fun too! I continue to recommend them to my friends.”

“Went there back in November 2025 with knee pain. Saw Dr.Daniels and he was great. Got MRI and X-Rays done, needed to do to physical therapy to help with a ligament strain. Also found out I had osteoarthritis in my knee. Just finished my round of gel knee injections and it is was a great decision for me to do. The physician assistant Nicolle was great as well. Answered any questions I had.”
