“We had been looking for a new dentist to switch over to and Dr. Gilmore was recommended to us by some good friends. My husband had a dental emergency along with facial swelling ( and on top of we are flying out to a vacation and cruise in Mexico), Kim at the front desk was extremely kind and offered to call Dr Gilmore and see if he could look at him since we had not heard back from our dentist. She called us back within minutes and got us in and my husband had a fractured root and his other tooth that just had a crown put on was abscessed and fractured as well. There is no way we would have been able to leave and go on vacation with him being in such pain and Ill from the infections . In this time he was able to competently remove the teeth, granulated tissue,drained the huge abscess in his upper tooth and place bone grafting for future implant on his teeth. I wish that I had remembered the dental assistant ( I’m guessing Sara? She has a beautiful nose piercing , glasses and such a kind and smart lady), she is amazing and an excellent addition to the office. I do appreciate the whole office that stayed late and took care of my husband. I have worked , in the past , at offices that begrudgingly give you after hours care and patients feel that vibe. With this office there was zero fussiness and they reassured us that they were happy to stay and help even though we kept them late. We highly recommend this office for yourself and family.“

“My Dentist is Kevin Hintz of Kevin Hintz Family Dentistry. He’s a family man. He’s very personable and a exemplary professional. For example: when they finished taking the 360°
X-rays of my teeth, he explained to me that he noticed something in my throat. That it is something that should have it checked out, I agreed and he and asked for my Doctors info. He said to me “it’s better to be safe, then be sorry”. And shared the X-rays with my Doctor. He didn’t have to share, or say anything, but I glad he did. He took the time, It didn’t me cost anything, but I’m on Ozempic, and we’re keeping an eye on it. So far, no problem.

Work on my teeth was faultless. He did 4 fillings in two appointments. He’s first job seem to be my comfort, and I agreed with his assessment, again. And for the most part, I had very little discomfort. Once he was done and the numbing faded, it was amazing. My my mouth didn’t feel a difference. I know that job was done you see where the fillings were done. It was just amazing.

So, with my insurance, I had x-rays, cleanings, and teeth fillings and that didn’t cost me anything. On top of that you're dealing with people who care about you who seem to be concerned with your health. Not just your teeth, but your overall health that's incredible.

I’m not saying everything is free, is not. Fortunately for me, that's how things worked out with the type of fillings done, I was scheduled get some work done but decided not to at this time. And that would've cost me money. I was not ready for it yet.

I have to tell you that the people that are older like me on a fixed income are fortunate to find, folks like Kevin Hintz of Kevin Hintz Family Dentistry and his Dental team— the people who care about you. I think they generally want you to be happy. I like being happy.
