I was called back to start my appointment shortly after I arrived. There was little time waiting in the chair as they promptly started with x-rays, then a cleaning. The cleaning was very thorough and well done. Dr. Larson came in to explain what he saw in my mouth and on the x-rays. Since it may involve some time I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 weeks. I’ve gone to Dr. Larsen before, he is very good, knowledgeable and keeps in mind the comfort of his patient as he works. I put off needed dental work till I moved to the Spokane area so Dr. Larsen could do the work after trying two dentists in another area.
Dr. Larson and his team at Kootenai Family Dental are worth every mile! I drove over 2 hours from Washington state specifically because Dr. Larson came so highly recommended and he did not disappoint. From our very first phone call, he put me completely at ease. The implant procedure went better than imagined, and the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!
