“Best experience EVER! This is coming from an individual with extensive dental history/trauma which has caused EXTREME dental anxiety. I learned about this practice from a mom's group friend ***** who works as a hygienist here. She was so sweet to ask questions before I was even scheduled to help get the right providers for my needs. From the moment I entered Simonds dental office I was greeted very warmly by the front end staff that made me feel like family. They also greeted me at the end very warmly and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving their office.**** is BEYOND amazing hygienist in her skills, knowledge, teaching and bedside manner. She sat down and really listened and asked amazing follow up questions to learn more about my history. She made me feel so comfortable during my cleaning by her bedside manner, paraffin wax, warm neck wrap and free nitrous. **** explained everything she was doing and what she is looking for and assessing. This was the first experience I had where someone did teaching of what they are monitoring and what is normal/not normal. ************ was equally AMAZING. He sat down and listened to my history as well. He provided ideas of avenues to pursue for nerve pain management. He took time out of his busy day to call a specialist in the Tri Cities to give them a heads up of my case. He also encouraged to come back if I ever need more help with referrals. While talking to him it was like talking to a family member who truly cares about my health. I was able to ask questions without feeling rushed or judged. He provided great recommendations like getting pain addressed before getting treatment for gum recession. ******% recommend seeing this dental practice...especially if you have dental anxiety!!! You won't be disappointed ?“

“At Dr. C Family Dentistry I was looking for an answer to my dental problem, and found it there. I needed to have lots of work done as I had lost most of my molars and therefore had no teeth to chew with. They took mucho xrays for free and and the DDS Lansing, then came in with an exceptional assistant. They went over what needed to be done and said the DDS would work up a plan for me. It was a what I needed to hear!!“

“Wonderful people here! I had to go in this morning for a root canal for a tooth that was extremely painful. They did a full root canal and have me feeling so much better. Truth be told, I even drifted off to sleep while they were working... this is how gentle they are!! Great crew. If you have dental issues, these are the people you need to see. “Our son has major challenges, including autism, sensory processing issues, anxiety, problems with proprioception, and low muscle tone. Plus, he HATES the dentist. And he’s big (5’8.5” at 12 years old). But he needed extensive dental work done. Knowing it would be tough, we scheduled him for general anesthesia. Although the wait was difficult (we were supposed to checkin at 10:30am, then bumped to 12:30pm, and he didn’t go back until 1:45) that really doesn’t matter compared to how the staff handled everything that came next.Walking back willingly, our son got stuck at the doorway. Then it got really tough. The staff (and especially the anesthesiologist) were AMAZING!! They were patient, understanding, flexible, creative, and listened to us and our son really well. They were also very gentle. At one point, as we were considering different options, the anesthesiologist said he was trying to consider what he would do if it was his son. That statement reflects the heart with which this team approached a very difficult and complicated situation.We have been going to KidSmile Dental for fifteen years, since before our youngest son was born. Dr Joel Blake has been caring for our kids’ teeth for years, and has worked with our son on multiple occasions. This was our first experience with Dr Ryan, and we were delighted to discover he’s gracious and patient, just like his uncle.If you have kiddos with challenges, finding a dentist can be really tough, I know. Our experience at KidSmile Dental has been excellent. We are very pleased with Drs Blake and Ryan and the staff at KidSmile Dental.“

Terrible toothache and called to see when the soonest they could see me and told me to be there in 1.5 hours. showed up got in numbed me up (after xrays) and found I had a hooked root. extracted intact and they helped me sign up for dental insurance so next time It won't cost me as much.“

“This office is amazing!! I went in to have a tooth looked at expecting to have to schedule another appointment to have it removed, but they were able to remove it the same day! I was very surprised! I’ve never been to a dentist that was able to remove a problem tooth that fast, normally I’d have to wait a week or a month. The Doctor and assistant were asking me “you doing okay? Any pain?” throughout the procedure, it made me feel like they really cared about my comfort. I had a bad experience with another dentist 2 years prior and the people at Lakeside really made me feel like I was a person and not just another patient. The icing on the cake was that my boyfriends car battery died while waiting for me to get done with my appointment, the doctor that pulled my tooth was leaving for the day and my boyfriend asked if he could get some help jump starting his car. He not only was willing to help us but he drove to his house to get his jumper cables and came back! We are so thankful!“
