“Today was my first visit and I am extremely happy with my decision. Samantha was my hygienist. She explained everything perfectly and was extremely professional and very kind! Dr. Martin reviewed my x-rays and talked about what I needed to have done. I made everything very clear, she is also very kind.
Also have to give kudos to the ladies in the front. Everyone just seems so friendly there. I don’t think anyone loves to go to the dentist, but I have to say I’m looking forward to going back.. See you in March!”

“On a Sunday Monica and Dr McGiffen came into the office after hours, due to me having a extremely painful absessed tooth that was not responding fast enough to antibiotics and NSAIDS and I had been at the hospital the night before. I do not take opiate pain medication which complicated the level of pain I was experiencing. Monica was amazing she held my hand got me a soft fuzzy blanky and conforted me. Dr. McGiffen did a root canal that was problematic and took a long time. Before finishing he made sure it was numb. That lasted 6-8 hours before the pain came back. They both were very kind. The on call person who answers the phone did a great job also. He was quick getting in contact with the doctor to get antibiotic called in. The antibiotics made me really nauseated. He was able to ask the Dr. to call in some Zofram before my pharmacy closed. Overall, this team helped me through a very difficult time and never made me feel like they were upset about spending their time off fixing my tooth. I would recommend Northview Family Dental to everyone and I have been for years. Thank You so much.”
