Like most people, I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but everyone in the Post Falls office makes the visit much easier. Very kind and caring staff and the gals that do the billing are always spot on. New office does have that sterile feeling and look, but hey, its a dentist office
I’ve had a long and sordid history with dentists which led to a strong phobia of them. I knew I needed extensive dental work and I was terrified! Somehow, the staff here made me feel safe and heard for the first time in my life! I can’t stress how important that is when you’re in a situation like mine. I used to shake at my appointments and now I find myself going in calmly. I’m almost at the end of the process for my all on 4 journey and I can’t believe how well it has gone.
