He was incredibly professional, gave us great advice and feedback, and was so very kind. He did not do/remove anything without our permission, and he asked multiple times if there was anything else he could help with before he left. We were very disheartened and not hopeful after being in a disagreement with another restoration company who took $7,000 from us, and would not fix or remediate their own mistakes. Bret made us feel very validated, especially after feeling very stupid by a well known green restoration company. We actually felt some hope finally once we called Bret, he took the time to listen to our full story, he did not jump to conclusions, and it really felt like he’s on our side, and will do anything he can to help us, not just get our money (especially after insurance denied our sewage leak claim). The restoration work has begun. The communication remains excellent no matter who is coming to work on the house. As each phase is completed they always ask me to look at it and give approval or feedback. I believe this makes them more efficient and productive. Still very happy with their work.“
