We called Rocky Mountain when our rental’s basement flooded and I’m so glad we did! It was after hours and on a Sunday but they had someone out to our property quickly and was able to figure out the problem and stop the water. It was a long process with quite a bit of damage but everyone we came in contact with, from beginning to end, was so nice and helpful with navigating this issue and helping us with the insurance side of things. They definitely went above and beyond and worked hard to get things covered by insurance. They have a very knowledgeable staff and we appreciated their insights.
