It was after hours and on a Sunday but they had someone out to our property quickly and was able to figure out the problem and stop the water. It was a long process with quite a bit of damage but everyone we came in contact with, from beginning to end, was so nice and helpful with navigating this issue and helping us with the insurance side of things. They definitely went above and beyond and worked hard to get things covered by insurance. They have a very knowledgeable staff and we appreciated their insights. Overall what could have been a nightmare was actually pretty painless thanks to Rocky Mountain. We will definitely be using them again but hopefully we won’t have to!“

“When I called Idaho fire & flood, Bret M. Was out to our house within the hour, even after their business hours. He was incredibly professional, gave us great advice and feedback, and was so very kind. He did not do/remove anything without our permission, and he asked multiple times if there was anything else he could help with before he left. We were very disheartened and not hopeful after being in a disagreement with another restoration company who took $7,000 from us, and would not fix or remediate their own mistakes. Bret made us feel very validated, especially after feeling very stupid by a well known green restoration company. We actually felt some hope finally once we called Bret, he took the time to listen to our full story, he did not jump to conclusions, and it really felt like he’s on our side, and will do anything he can to help us, not just get our money (especially after insurance denied our sewage leak claim).
