“The Nucleane Commercial cleaning crew has been taking care of our Rexburg office for at least a year now. They are always professional and prompt! They do a fantastic job and keep our workspace looking good. Much appreciation!”
“I have been a customer for over five years. I just had my carpets cleaned and they look great. I'm sorry I don't remember their names but I want them to get recogition . They listened and did exactly what I needed. It's always a pleasure working with Rocky Mountain.”
“When I called Idaho fire & flood, Bret M. Was out to our house within the hour, even after their business hours. He was incredibly professional, gave us great advice and feedback, and was so very kind. He did not do/remove anything without our permission, and he asked multiple times if there was anything else he could help with before he left. We were very disheartened and not hopeful after being in a disagreement with another restoration company who took $7,000 from us, and would not fix or remediate their own mistakes. Bret made us feel very validated, especially after feeling very stupid by a well known green restoration company. We actually felt some hope finally once we called Bret, he took the time to listen to our full story, he did not jump to conclusions, and it really felt like he’s on our side, and will do anything he can to help us, not just get our money (especially after insurance denied our sewage leak claim). Again, so very grateful for Bret and how hardworking, reliable and respectful he is.”
