The carpet not only was salvaged but look practically brand new. The carpets look amazing, like totally new, and they smell great. Very friendly people and knowledgeable and professional in their work. There were some stains that were in the carpet for years and I thought they would never come out and now that they have done an excellent job they have disappeared and you would never know that there was a stain.

We can't say enough about how wonderful Carpets Solutions is. We use them for out personal use and our business. When we call them for a flood they respond immediately. When we call them for a bid on needing the carpets cleaned on an apartment the go above and beyond. The carpets smell so good and we are able to get the new Tenant in right away. Gary let me know when he was coming ahead of time, let me know when he got there and when he was done. He then called the next day to see if the job was completed to my satisfaction. The stains in the carpet were gone, it all looked like new carpet. Great job, courteous and prompt!
