“I've had 3 sessions with Jeff so far and it has been a revelation. I HIGHLY recommend his practice and Myofascial Release massage in general. I've had a lower back issue for years that this last year became pretty severe. My first session with Jeff was crazy... he never even touched my back; instead focused solely on my left leg QUADS which was surprising, though not shocking. I was aware that problems in certain muscles can have roots in other muscles that seem completely unrelated. But I wasn't expecting this. Just one 1-hour session and my back immediately felt 75 % relief. Then he showed me some specialized stretches to maintain the fix. Literally life-changing. I've had two more sessions to deal with other issues in my upper right back and neck, and although not as dramatic, still offering much relief from the pain. “I had a lower back issue all my life that created multiple crises in adulthood. A year ago it flared up again but this time it didn’t go away on its own. So I went for chiropractic treatments for several months but it just wasn't getting much better. I knew I needed something else.
