Had my 1st appt today! Worth it! I'm excited to loosen up my tense muscles and get back into working out again. Memberships are affordable. Checked out their bathroom and it was clean and they offer toiletries if you need to freshen up before or after your appt. I was really impressed. Riccardo was super cool and nice!UPDATE: Riccardo has been helping my legs and arms and I told him the top of my feet hurt (before I started stretching) he did a few stretches with my feet and legs and the tops of my feet stopped hurting and haven't hurt for 3 weeks after! Great staff & facility. The staff is always pleasant and the facility is very clean. I've had Rachel, Makayla & Tiegrin stretch me. My experience has been great, I didn't realize how much I needed this, but I can tell you my overall ability to move has improved in just a few weeks. Give them a try.
