I never went to a chiropractor until I was in my fifties. I took my bride and best friend to many different chiropractors in the valley where she had various successful treatments. She taught me many things about her successes and failures. The most important one she taught me is if the adjustment doesn't stay in place turn around and go right back into the office and get it moved where it belongs. Many times because her body got out of alignment it might take more than one adjustment to get it to stay in place.
