“I've had 3 sessions with Jeff so far and it has been a revelation. I HIGHLY recommend his practice and Myofascial Release massage in general. I've had a lower back issue for years that this last year became pretty severe. My first session with Jeff was crazy... he never even touched my back; instead focused solely on my left leg QUADS which was surprising, though not shocking. I was aware that problems in certain muscles can have roots in other muscles that seem completely unrelated. But I wasn't expecting this. Just one 1-hour session and my back immediately felt 75 % relief. Then he showed me some specialized stretches to maintain the fix. Literally life-changing. I've had two more sessions to deal with other issues in my upper right back and neck, and although not as dramatic, still offering much relief from the pain. Now be warned... this is a painful process while it's happening, not for the faint of heart. But if you can tolerate it, it is absolutely worth it! Thank you, Jeff.“
