“I was skeptical when I saw the ad for a discounted StretchLab session and hoped customers weren't run through a cookie-cutter process for everyone. I had been in a wheelchair for 7 months following a below knee amputation and when it came time to use my new prosthetic leg, my hip flexors had atrophied, my hamstrings had shortened, knee was stuck in 90 degrees and I felt defeated. “I was involved in a vehicle accident and have been dealing with severe soft tissue injuries and pain as a result of my injuries. I was referred to Top Tier Massage, and from the beginning Tyler was extremely responsive to my questions and made scheduling very easy.

I require true deep tissue therapy, which can sometimes be difficult to achieve with most female therapists and—especially given the condition my body was in and the intensity needed for my treatment plan. I was initially hesitant to book with Shannon, but Tyler highly recommended her and encouraged me to give her a try.
I am so glad I did. My first appointment was absolutely amazing. Shannon exceeded all expectations and truly knocked it out of the park. She worked areas that had never been addressed in prior therapies and demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skill. She communicated clearly throughout the session, explaining which muscles she was working on, providing guidance, and setting expectations for what I might feel.

I have had MANY deep tissue massages in the past—some were decent and relaxing—but I have never had a session where I walked out feeling like I had completed a full-body workout. She got into places that truly hurt but I'm a good way, but encouraged good breathing techniques to work through it. This treatment was extremely well executed and effective. I'm honestly very impressed. So much so I immediately say down to write a review.
