Great group of guys had to deal with getting this very heavy item down stone steps etc. It was a daunting prospect but they figured it out with a cheerful attitude. The chimney proved to be difficult to put a cap on. The first cap they used just didn’t look right. I went into the store and showed pics of it. The crew came back to the cabin and replaced the cap - everything looks fantastic now. Than you Shafer! We will be using you again when we build our house.“
