“Envirocheck performed mold testing and remediation for a punctured waste drain line. I did experience some frustration in obtaining a bid and getting the work scheduled. I feel the majority of the actual remediation was done in a fast, friendly efficient manner, however I was unhappy with the work done in the crawl space area. “We contracted with Vision Built Construction for a garage addition to a 35 plus year old house with eclectic construction. Plus the remodel of the existing garage into a family fun room/shop. We had already had the plans drawn and certified by a registered architect, which Vision Built used to develop their cost estimate. Right out the gate it was clear the original plans were way off neither the elevations or the dimensions were correct. The unforeseen Challenges didn’t end there. They continued, from flawed existing foundation through existing building framing.
