“Hundreds of miles away: This was our situation when we first began the build and design process for our home in Sagle three years ago, so finding a builder that was trustworthy was a top priority for us. Robert (Bogadi Construction) came first recommended by a friend of ours. And when we began the process, the financing and design firms we were vetting spoke highly of him. They said they liked working with him, that he did good work, that he was fair and upfront and honest.

About 18 months ago, Robert began building our home. We came only once for the electrical walk-through. Through the construction, Robert communicated with us when there were questions and when decisions needed to be made. During this time, several subcontractors he worked with echoed the praise given by the design firms and banks.

About 12 months later, just this September, it was finished— on time and on budget.
We love it. It is beautiful, and the craftsmanship is top notch.

“I was pleased Fred answered the phone when I called even though he was on a job. He actually picked up! He was willing to meet my property manager out at the property within days of my call to evaluate our roof. He texted and called me to fully explain what his thoughts and recommendations were on the roof. He didn’t advocate for a new roof right away. Told us we might need one if the roof was 30-40 years old and its life was therefore nearly gone. I thought his evaluation was honest. While he hasn’t done work for us yet, I cannot communicate enough how pleased I have been with his responsiveness. That’s a huge plus when others won’t even bother to call me back. I’m sure I’ll be calling him in the future.“
