My concern was when the lawn and fence were put in there is a gap between the fence and the ground with enough room for our dogs to dig out plus we were not given an option to put gravel in rather than bark dust.
They are a builder building huge neighborhoods for young families. Compared to many, they seem to be above average (so, four out of five stars). They have been receptive to resolving problems, but I have also received a little push-back and denials of responsibility (so, not a five-star review). Yes, I would buy a other Architerra home if I was looking for one.
