My wife and I recently purchased a new Yosemite model home from Architerra Homes in Coeur d’Alene recently. The entire purchase process was done remotely with our real estate agents. When the time came to do a remote walk through of the property, Jeff with Architerra took the time to go through every detail of the home and to follow through with the minor touchups found during the home inspection. Provided with the home was a very detailed binder full of information about the house, appliances, fixtures and the community. It was such a pleasure to work with the realtors and staff with Architerra Homes. They build and design beautiful homes. The process from start to design aspects and the purchase process for my clients was so efficient and professional. I look forward to working with Tina, Wendy & Jeff in the near future!

We built our home with Selkirk. We’ve been in it four months now and I’ve had a few things we’ve had to get fixed. Matt Fraizer has been extremely helpful always responding to my texts and arranging for the contractors to come and do the service . This was my first time building a new home, and it got a bit stressful Selkirk . The Selkirk team was always there, holding our hands and assuring us things will get done. We love our home!
