I'm updating my original review of Aspen Homes. Bryan Dever and Erik Campbell have really stepped up to the plate and have completely changed our original views. The new management that has taken over has a fresh, "can do" mentality. Not only were the issues in question addressed, but Aspen has gone above and beyond. Aspen made sure that no detail went untouched. Bryan and Erik have been so professional - we have actually recommended them to two of our very good friends that are now using Aspen to build their new homes.

We have built a few homes, all here in North Idaho. Aspen Homes hands down, made the experience one we will cherish. The process of building a home is stressful on all parties but this experience felt like a partnership. When hiccups happened or bumps in the road occurred we problem solved - together. I greatly appreciate the input from Eric & Jessica on design, Bryan for support throughout the whole build process and Chad who held everything together right up to the end, even Charlie who made every little detail right. We built a custom home with Aspen in 2019-2020. We brought our own house plans and built on a steep hill, so we were not a straightforward job for them. They did a great job and were wonderful to work with. They were responsive and not defensive to our questions and concerns along the way. My brother is an architect and has commented on the high quality of the construction. The house took longer than initially planned, but part of that was due to Covid. The home is beautiful. We are very happy with it.
