“Julia is absolutely wonderful! I have endured several injuries over the years acquired from the Army and have some chronic back pain and muscle imbalances. Julia utilitizes her background as a former ballerina with an eagle eye for details such as correcting posture and muscle alignment. As a result of strengthening my muscles, my lower back feels stronger and facet joints that were frozen are able to move freely again. I'm noticing better posture and improved strength.
