Based on the reviews, Penstar Plumbing, Inc. is a responsive and well-organized plumbing company. They came right out to assess a small leak and gave a reasonable quote to replace a whole faucet and raise a shower head. They removed drywall from a room next to the tub but made hardly any mess, cleaned up everything, and put the drywall back up. They are also great at diagnosing and fixing problems quickly, once fixing a tankless water heater within 15 minutes. They analyzed the calibration and recirculation system, recalibrated the system, and explained that the installer did not change the recirculation system’s timing. They reconfigured the recirculation system to meet timing needs and showed how to perform the annual flush. Their service is fast, friendly, and informative; they go the extra mile to assist in understanding the appliance and enhancing its performance and longevity.
Had another plumber tell me that I needed a new cartridge for my bathtub faucet. I went to replace the cartridge myself and discovered a small leak. I called Penstar and they came right out to assess the problem and fix the leak. Lucky for me the leak was very small and hadn't done any real damage. They gave me a reasonable quote to replace the whole faucet and raise the shower head, and started the work right away. I have a new construction home with a tankless water heater and the water heater was showing an error message. I called the plumber that installed the appliance for the builder, and he referred me to the builder as he was only the installer. The builder sent out Penstar to investigate and resolve the problem. Penstar came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes. I am so pleased with Penstar! From the day I called and Bridget who was so pleasant and helpful, to Brett and his son Zane who came and figured out how to fix my Crane faucet when no one else would. In use since 1949- 73 years! You can't say that about new products these days.
I was told by several plumbing companies to rip it out and get a new sink and faucet. These sinks and faucets are so much better. If you have a vintage sink please think of no one else!
And my dad loves his new comfort height toilet! Can't wait to have them install my new shower fixtures this summer.
