Had another company come out to test due to scheduling and got a failing test with no explanation or even any test values entered with the city. I got the fix it email from the city and needed to get it rechecked asap. Idaho backflow got me on the schedule in time and found that my backflow preventer worked just fine. I will be using Idaho Backflow every time from now on

I called Idaho Backflow after scheduling another backflow testing service that just never made it out to do the job. Idaho Backflow gave me a date at that very first phone call and followed up with text messages telling me exactly when they'd get there. And they showed up! After my experience with the other service, I was happy to get this taken care of... until next year.

We've been using IB for well over 7 years, and wouldn't go to anyone else. They've been wonderful to work with and don't damage our equipment (like our previous backflow person did). We use them for both commercial and residential. They've always been on time and very pleasant to work with. So glad they're part of our Idaho community.
