“Called 4 other places on a Friday afternoon to have some help locating and resetting an AC breaker. Everyone of them said too bad so sad it’s Friday afternoon. Not even an offer to schedule something. Called Electric Experts and even though the boys had taken off for the day, the owner popped on the line, heard me out, and literally walked me through locating the correct location (hint they may be where the power meter on your house is located and not on your main panel!) and thanks to his willingness to guide me we were able to reset the breaker and we’re back in business!! Awesome! This is how you earn business and treat your neighbors. Will call for all future needs. What a king.”

“I had a very good experience with Dan, Alex, and Joey from Steelhead Electric.

The work involved an intermittent electrical issue that was not straightforward to diagnose. What impressed me most was how Steelhead handled it. They continued coming back, troubleshooting the problem, and working through possible causes rather than simply replacing a part and calling the job finished. On the most recent visit they replaced a GFCI and also found and corrected a loose neutral in the electrical panel. It has now been several days without the issue returning.

Dan was professional, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure the job was completed correctly. Alex and Joey were both knowledgeable and took the time to investigate what was actually happening. I especially appreciated that the focus was on getting the problem fully resolved rather than just getting through the service call.

Electrical issues can sometimes be intermittent and frustrating to track down, and I think how a company responds when something isn't simple says a lot about them. Steelhead kept working the problem and made sure I was taken care of.

I would absolutely use Steelhead Electric again and would be comfortable recommending them to others.”

“This is hands down the electric company I will be using for all my electrical needs. They sent some out right away to give me an estimate, and when I decided to pull the trigger on the work, they scheduled me in right away. Not only that, once I got my invoice for the work it was less than I got quoted. Very professional workers and quick too.?”
