I called Proctor Mechanical at 9:00am in reference to a concern I had with excess water pooled around my exchanger. Justin answered my call and was at my my door at 11:15am. Easy gentleman to like. Professional, knowledgeable well spoken. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and reassured me that it was not a mechanical issue and pointed out what I needed to do, easily, to remedy. No charge. We spoke of relocation of the exchanger to clear up some space. We will be doing business. Highly recommend Proctor Mechanical.
