“Great experience! Had a critter make a winter home in the subfloor insulation of a 3-seasons room. Clinton came out to get us an estimate, started work the following week, and was finished up by the end of that week. They completely removed all of the insulation, nest, and top layer of soil, treated the joists and flooring with a antimicrobial spray, re-insulated, and added plastic sheathing on the ground and to close off the insulation. The final cost matched the estimate, the team communicated well on their working plans and scope each day, and provided photos of their work (before, in-progress, and completed).”

“I’m beyond pleased with the customer service we received from Riley and Sean, for mold we had on the ceiling of our bathroom. Not only did they treat the ceiling to the extent that it looks brand new, but they identified the crushed exhaust fan tubing in our attic that inhibited air flow and likely caused the mold to grow. Both gentlemen were efficient, timely, professional and clearly wanted to fix our problem without breaking the bank. We would, hands down, hire them again and recommend them to others. Thank you Riley and Sean!”

“I used The Restoration Company for a really unique project, and they were great to work with! Brad was incredibly helpful and attentive. We ran into some unforeseen issues on the permits, but Brad did a great job advocating for me and working with the city to resolve any issues, and ultimately deliver a great finished product. Bill, Casey, and Josh made up the crew on my project and they did their work quickly and with excellence. The were collaborative and kept the site really clean, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be reaching out to The Restoration Company for any future projects and very highly recommend them for your project.”
