Clinton came out to get us an estimate, started work the following week, and was finished up by the end of that week. They completely removed all of the insulation, nest, and top layer of soil, treated the joists and flooring with a antimicrobial spray, re-insulated, and added plastic sheathing on the ground and to close off the insulation. The final cost matched the estimate, the team communicated well on their working plans and scope each day, and provided photos of their work (before, in-progress, and completed).”
