“My three kids and I were involved in the apartment complex fire in Norwalk in May of 2026. After fighting for over a week I was able to get in and grab as many of their things as I could save in the two hours we were given. I was able to save all their stuffed animals as they were up on beds and shelves. I wanted to obviously make sure they were safe for the kids before letting them touch them again as the fire and water had made the apartment a mess to say the least. I called Ricky with Rainbow and he responded very quickly. They had somebody sent to pick up the bags with their animals in them in probably an hour. They inventoried them, all 187 of them, and gave me a quote within 24 hours. After I gave them the go ahead to clean them professionally it took less than three days to clean all 187 of them and deliver them back to us. Seven boxes later, I got all of their stuff back and it was a huge weight off my shoulders that they could all be cleaned and were now safe again. It was especially excited as a couple of them were literal emotional support animals for my kids. I would recommend this company to anybody. They were very quick, good, professional, and genuinely seemed excited to have been able to save the kids giant piles of stuffies.“
