Great experience! Had a critter make a winter home in the subfloor insulation of a 3-seasons room. Clinton came out to get us an estimate, started work the following week, and was finished up by the end of that week. They completely removed all of the insulation, nest, and top layer of soil, treated the joists and flooring with a antimicrobial spray, re-insulated, and added plastic sheathing on the ground and to close off the insulation. The final cost matched the estimate, the team communicated well on their working plans and scope each day, and provided photos of their work (before, in-progress, and completed).
The entire MacPro team was a tremendous help and did an excellent job in helping restore our home to a livable state. They first came and did the mold remediation and setup the appointments to fix the underlying issue and repair. Unfortunately, unrelated to their work, we had a follow up issue. However, they were my first call, and were out there within the hour to diagnose and help lead next steps.
Everyone went above and beyond, and I couldn't thank them enough. I would gladly use and recommend this company.
Clint and his crew did an excellent job of restoration on our townhouse! We had water damage and pet odors that they removed completely, and did a great job with their finishing work.
