We purchased a new furnace with them a couple years ago and have had nothing but good experiences with them so far. The service guy was very knowledgeable and friendly they try to figure out the problem instead of just trying to sell parts or trying to talk you into replacing the whole thing I would highly recommend them they will be my go to for any future repairs
