I had a leak on my A-Coil/Evaporator coil due to a puncture and was sure I would have to replace the whole unit. I called Wilson's and several other spots, and got one other quote for repair that was about twice the price of Wilson's.
When I called Wilson's, I was initially given the Estimator's number but explained I wanted two quotes - one for repair and one for replacement. I left a voicemail for the Estimator and received a call back from Wilson's less than an hour later that they were able to be to my house within about 10 minutes to double-check whether it could be repaired.
