I was very pleased with the service I received at the Pella store. The staff was helpful and I love the help from Marlys, as she has helped me with frames over the years. Very affordable and I would purchase future products from them again!
Exceptional service! Marlys was efficient, knowledgeable, kind and patient with my indecisiveness. Great selection of eyewear from inexpensive to high end designer. I bought 2 pair of Ann Taylor eyeglasses for under $400. Although they were busy, they managed to make both pair that day. Highly recommend!
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Gave me a lot of options and helped narrow them down to a perfect fit and style. We have 3 people in the family that wear glasses and will gladly make the 2 hour round trip for all of our needs moving forward.
