PRC is like a second home to me. When I moved back reluctantly after being in the South for 21 years; I was uncertain about a lot of things. The employees and members found a way into my heart, and I found my happiness again. I will forever be grateful to this place. The instructors are incredible! Try all the classes as they all offer something unique and different. Keep changing up your fitness. It will make you stretch and grow in every way!

Cynthia, the short little dark haired, tan girl, does an amazing job and deserves a promotion. I've never met someone more dedicated and devoted to their job and honestly she should just inherit half of the business. She deserves it and works hard for her money so that's the least the PRC could do. 10/10 recommend just going in to PRC to see Cynthia she loves every customer, forget about going in to workout or something good for yourself, Cynthia is all you need to put you in a good mood:):)

Clean, well designed fitness center. Staff is enjoyable and knowledgeable (usually...). We have belonged to many health centers in the past and this is one of my favorites...usually there are more machines than people so it's easy to get a good workout without having to wait in line for machines. Aerobic area is well layed out as is the weight room. There is a separate free-weight area as well. The kids enjoy the open gym area when they are waiting for us to finish our workouts... They also offer the use, when available, of the turfed gym across the parking lot for members...this is a great place for the kids to run around and expend energy during inclement weather...
