“Courtney is a wonderful coach! She pushes me when she know I want to stop, usually just enough. She's tough, but understanding. My strength level has improved quite a bit and the workouts are always interesting and never boring. I've worked with her for over a year and she still has exercises that I have never done before sometimes. The location is amazingly beautiful in spring, summer and fall. (Not the weights, silly) she has the garage door open when the weather is nice so you get to view rolling hills, wandering cows and many other things.“
