I've been a client of Carrie's for several months now and I've felt a big transformation in my physical strength as well as mental well being. Carrie is great because she focuses on core connectedness, and is personally invested in each and every client. She has a strong set of principles she operates by and it's a fun journey to apply these to my own fitness journey as well as my life.

Spin classes with Carrie have been some of the best things I've done this year. Carrie is a force of nature that I respect a hell of a lot. She kicks my butt all the time. Every class is digging deep, pushing hard, and being thankful for the days that we're given. ? (Also a disco dance party). Tuesday mornings are the highlight of my week!

After spending 41 years in Minneapolis fitness community. I moved to IC and thought now what but, Carrie welcomed me and did not disappoint she brings her A game each and every time asking of you to do the same. Truly inspirational. Sincerely... she is the best by farThank you
