“Went in today not expecting to get a membership yet and just get a tour of the place, but was immediately taked aback by how large the place was and the kindness of the staff.
Got a tour of the place immediately after walking in and talking to one of the personal trainers.
Rob specifically made it as easy as can be to get me signed up, and even got a student discount.
In my opinion, the price is hard to beat for everything you get included. I was already paying $34 a month at my last gym, but for just a dollar more a month, I get a way bigger facility, more equipment, a pool and a sauna, and an awesome environment?! How can you beat that???
I will DEFINITELY be here a long time, thank you guys again so much for how easy it was to swap over 💙”

“I can’t recommend Shaun enough. He has an incredible ability to understand the specific issues your body may be dealing with and knows exactly how to focus on rebuilding strength, mobility, and overall health the right way. His approach is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and personalized — not just a one-size-fits-all workout plan.

Since working with him, I’ve noticed major improvements not only physically, but also in how I feel day to day. He truly cares about helping his clients move and feel better while building long-term results. If you’re looking for a trainer who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your progress, Shaun is the person to see.”

“I’ve been a member on and off since the location opened and it’s only been positive experiences. Everyone is friendly and helpful every time I come back. Today I called to get help with billing issues I was worried I wouldn’t get taken care of till the weekend due to work but luckily Gracy/Gracie was able to help me get everything sorted out and was very helpful. Thank you guys!”
