“After contacting 4 supposedly 24/7 plumbing outfits at 4:00 pm with a clogged drain at the home of my brother who has dementia all of who said maybe Monday or Tusday. I finally contacted Tom at Neels Plumbing he was there Saturday morning and opened the drain. This drain has plugged 4 times previously turns out the cast iron pipe installed in the mid to late 60's was rusted out and compromised in several places. Tom got permits brought his backhoe and replaced over 100 feet of bad pipe with standard 40 plastic on Tuesday came back and completed clean up and backfilling. All in an extremely satisfying experience. The price was acceptable as well.”
