“I recently called Appliance Rescue about some non-emergency problems I was having with my washer and dryer. Crystal, who handled the scheduling process, impressed me with her responsiveness, follow-up, and ability to have the repairman, Doug, at my home the following afternoon, when she told me to expect him, without requiring me to wait around home all day for him. For his part, Doug was extremely professional, efficient, and courteous, and obviously quite knowledgeable. The bill, I felt, was very reasonable for the trip and time involved and work done. “Excellent customer service! I went to 4 different stores prior to my visit. Another store tried to convince me a belt that I knew wouldn't work would be fine. I declined. I went to Kirby the gentleman was so kind, he was looking through his inventory, we couldnt find a belt with the exact part number, so he cut me a deal on 2 he thought would work and said if they didnt bring in my vacuum and they would install it with one that would work. I traveled 25mins to get here and will continue with future visits and tell friends! What a great interaction!“
