Crystal, who handled the scheduling process, impressed me with her responsiveness, follow-up, and ability to have the repairman, Doug, at my home the following afternoon, when she told me to expect him, without requiring me to wait around home all day for him. For his part, Doug was extremely professional, efficient, and courteous, and obviously quite knowledgeable. The bill, I felt, was very reasonable for the trip and time involved and work done.
